flooring. I may require practical, Added Value Products ... from 'landscape
tractor' to driveway/culvert/lot roadway (Ottawa), to farm-fresh meats
and 'freezer goods' to Renewable Energy Products to
Artist Works.
(Graphic design and Webwork is not required.)

Marreed-Prestman may accept your Labour
Crew and provide a Labour Cost Rebate... you and/or two or three of your
STRONG "Family or Friends" can act as "CREW" on your job
(only). I hold
myself fully responsibility for the high quality of your flooring
project. "Crew" is usually required for about two or three days in
total.
7b)
Likewise, Clients who choose to provide
reliable local and, but perhaps, unskilled construction labour (one, two or three
strong men with basic but, reliable, tool-handling ability will work under
my direct hands-on supervision (for
about two or three days in total.),
are responsible for the availability and performance of the crew
they engage. In exchange, Marreed-Prestman will credit clients "who
choose to hire locally" as per my usual local labour cost.
Furthermore, Clients accept that Marreed-Prestman regularly and easily
installs 400 sf. to 500 sf. on "Start Day" and 600 sf. to 800 sf. on
subsequent days. Therefore, client-supplied workers are expected to
attain this basic standard of performance in order to control
installation costs and meet our desired timeline.
As an Outlier-Oriented Company we are
Distinct, Resourceful and Outside Normal Expectations ... as
follows.

defines Full Installation as including all Premium Materials, Expert
GripTightTM Installation
and my exclusive Artistic Finishing but, not all Clients require my
Expertise and "High-End" ARTISTIC FINISHING ...
Therefore, Clients can take advantage of Marreed-Prestman's VALUE PACKAGE
including Premium Materials and Exclusive GripTightTM
Installation then, choose ONE-OF-THREE "Good-Better-Best"
FINISHING OPTIONS, in accordance with project requirements, available
skill and budget, as follows:
1) DIY: Do-it-Yourself Finishing or,
2) Hire a local Tradesperson or Professional Floor Finisher or,
3) Ask me to Quote Marreed-Prestman's Skilled Floor Sandings, ARTISTIC
