A. Marreed & D. Prestman 'Distressed' Red Pine
Flooring Inc. failure to perform in accordance with
the Terms or Conditions of your Purchase and/or my ability to provide JUT
Delivery as a result of conditions beyond my control, such as, but not
limited to, war, strike, flood, governmental restriction, power failure or
damage or destruction of transportation or building facility or equipment or
supply or supporting service, shall not be deemed a breach of any Purchase
or "Just-in-Time (JUT) Delivery".

Minimal Charge Delivery in
South, Central, Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec.
Hand Load/Unload Onsite inside building (with local helpers) ... help is
required for the (hand-carry) unloading period. Delivery is offered seven (7) days a
week!

Marreed-Prestman offers Nominal Charge
Travel, and perhaps, Lodging
for myself (Working Forman) on
Full Installations, as required.

Marreed-Prestman has negated its
5% High-Season Surcharge: May thru December.

Clients who supply and are reimbursed, by Marreed-Prestman, to a maximum of $ 1.25 sf. for a local construction crew of one carpenter
and two general construction workers with
basic but, reliable, tool-handling ability to work under my direct
hands-on supervision are responsible for the availability and performance
of the crew they engage.
Furthermore, Clients accept that after I (alone) spend one or two days setting up and placing the start boards, Marreed-Prestman easily
installs ~ 400 sf. on "Start Day" and 600 sf. to 800 sf. on
subsequent days. Therefore, a client-supplied crew is expected to
attain a reasonable standard of performance in order to control
installation costs and meet our desired timeline.
As an Outlier-Oriented Company we are
Distinct, Resourceful and Outside Normal Expectations ... as
follows.
Marreed-Prestman
defines Full Installation as including all Premium Materials, Expert
GripTighttm
Installation and my Proprietary Hand-Crafted Antiquing/Distressing and Custom One-of-a-Kind Artistic Finishing. But,
since not all Clients
require my Expertise nor, my Proprietary Finishing Styles ... Clients can take advantage of Marreed-Prestman's VALUE PACKAGE.
The Value Package
includes Premium Materials and my Exclusive GripTighttm
Installation. After which, Clients choose ONE-OF-THREE "Good-Better-Best" FINISHING
OPTIONS, in accordance with their project requirements, available skill and
budget, as follows:
A) DIY: Do-it-Yourself Finishing or,
B) Hire a local Tradesperson or Professional Floor Finisher or,
C) Ask me to Quote Marreed-Prestman's PROPRIETARY ARTISTIC FINISHING,
starting at $ 2.25 per FloodCoat Topcoat. Minimum two (X2) hand sandings and PourDown Applications = $ 4.50 sf. plus, nominal Travel, and perhaps, Lodging for me alone. I include; all Premium Materials, Expert Sandings
and my PourDown, DoubleCoat, FloodCoat Aluminium-Oxide Cured
TopCoat
Finishing Technique.
