Flooring is "a major job" no matter what type of flooring you have installed but, a Marreed-Prestman floor requires more time*, effort, and perhaps, money ... my material preparation, expert installation process and professional finishing technique are labour-intensive and intricate ... "The Process" will be 'too much' for you and your family to handle unless you leave on vacation or move in temporarily with family or friends. If yours is new construction, my handcrafted floors (excluding a 3 day final curing period) usually take about 10 days for jobs under 1,000 sf. (including weekends) and usually 14 days for most jobs of ~ 2,000 sf. (including weekends). Completion Timeline will vary depending on the Artistic Style selected.
