Dear
Jesse:
I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the family room floor you
completed for us. I must say that it was
a pleasure doing business with you and the final product certainly exceeds my
expectations.

I have
spent 30 years working in the construction industry, both as a general
contractor and as a construction claims specialist ... you set a schedule, a
price, and a quality of workmanship prior to starting; and delivered all three
as promised. My initial sense that you were a true and honest craftsman have
been confirmed.
For this
we are grateful because it was quite clear that while working on our project, it
was the only thing you were concerned with. The bottom line is: I believe your "unreasonable
expectations" actually ensure your customer the best
possible finished product, delivered on time and on budget. Who can
ask for more?
One small complaint: Nick and Mollie miss getting their morning dog biscuits
from you.
If any of your future customers would like to speak to me about my experience,
working with you, I would be delighted to talk to them. I believe you have all
my contact information.
Thank you very much again for a job well done.
Best
regards
John, Wendy, Katie and Jennie

DIY: DO-IT-YOURSELF
Hi
Jesse:
Based
upon my two DIY: Do-it-Yourself ventures with laying flooring purchased
from and delivered promptly by your company, I have no hesitation in
recommending that any potential purchaser feel secure in the quality
of the wood received and in the fairness of any possible after-sales
service required. You really do go out of your way so much to ensure a
happy customer, a complete service that is rare today.
Thank
you for all your help, and rest assured that my next flooring project will
certainly be done with your product and help.

* Marreed-Prestman is not,
figuratively speaking, in "the flooring business" ... I am in the business of
"elevating and transforming" ... when you desire my Kid-and-Dog Friendly
Wide
Plank Red Pine flooring, you do not place "all of your trust" in a commodity
product, sub-trade or a mass-market company, you place your trust in proven
expertise, proven works and proven reputation. In effect, my clients desire the
work of a high quality, labour and skill intensive craftsman.

"We had a peak at the floor with the
floodcoats applied ... it looks great...
No stripes or blotches, just like you promised....
