offers three (3) levels of Hand-Crafted 'Distressing' (camouflaging)
no matter the Colour or Style of your finished floor...
Light (city living/kids/dog), Moderate and Heavy 'Distressing'
(country living/kids/dog). 'Distressing' is done with a gentle hand
... in consultation with the Client's requirements and desires.
DIY: Do-it-Yourself Orders are NOT 'Distressed'.
Although, Hand-Crafted 'distressing'
for DIY Orders is available as an Option @ $ .75c sf.

A Marreed-Prestman floor, as
with any wood floor, will still ding, dent and scratch but, my
method of hand-distressing and SFX finishing will naturally
camouflage abuse ... the eye is not drawn to any particular marking
(new or old). My 'family-friendly' 'Diamond-Tough' FloodCoat TopCoat
Finishing is also critically important. It's magic because it's
Liveable when you live with kids and dogs (or they visit).

Choose "Natural" or a Translucent
Stain Colour or request one of my PROPRIETARY Hand-Crafted ARTISTIC
CUSTOM FINISHES. Any highlight stain colour you desire can be inset
into the 'distressed' areas of your new Red Pine floor to achieve
the antique "Old World" Charm you desire.

Do you have a particular
'Distressing'/'Antiquing' in mind? I can produce whatever STYLE you
want.
Understanding, of course, that the effect of UV-Light and normal
wear-and-tear will deepen wood colour and mature (blend) naturally,
over time.
